Highly recommend Legal Exchange. I have been practicing for many years in a small firm and I was really anxious about using an answering service instead of having a person in the office answering the phone. When practicing family law, the person answering the phone makes a big difference because clients are often very upset when they call. Loretta and her staff really understand this is part of this kind of practice. They seem to be aware of who my clients are and that I am only one person and sometimes cannot get right back to someone. During Covid I made the change to an answering service and it has been great. I wish I had done it earlier because it has also saved a great deal of money.
